How do I get my tickets?
Your ticket will be e-mailed directly to you shortly after your booking is complete. Bring a printed copy with you, or present the ticket on your mobile phone.
Where does the tour begin?
The tour starts at our agent PARISCityVISION's office near the Louvre Museum. The address will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.
Please be at the office at least 20 minutes before the tour starts.
Where does the tour end?
The tour ends at the Eiffel Tower.
How long does the tour last?
The tour lasts 4 hours.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is casual/business casual. Tie, suits, or dresses are optional. Jeans, shorts, sneakers are not permitted.
